摘 要：互联网+时代，公共文化机构需要通过跨界融合共同发展。文章从国内外相关研究入手，通过分析图书馆、档案馆、博物馆
三馆融合发展机遇，探讨融合发展内容，提出了融合服务的基本构架：资源服务层、知识服务层、智慧服务层，以期对我国三馆融合
发展提供思路。

Abstract: In the Internet+ era, public cultural institutions need to develop together through cross-border integration.
Starting from relevant domestic and foreign research, the article analyzes the integration development opportunities of
libraries, Archives, and museums, explores the content of integration development, and proposes the basic framework
of integrated services: resource service layer, knowledge service layer, and smart service layer, with a view to
