文档介绍：沈刚理一l:人学硕士学位论文摘要当今时代,科技资源是人类财富之源,更是推动社会经济增长的根本动力。然而科技资源的稀缺性特征,要求我们必须重视科技资源配置问题。只有实现科技资源的优化配置,提高科技资源使用效率,yJ‘能充分发挥科技资源的优势及潜能。整合作为科技资源配置的一种手段,是通过对现有科技资源的重新配置,使之能够在市场竞争过程中动态调节、相互补充、相互作用从而达到优化配置的状态,实现科技与经济的紧密结合,推动区域经济持续、协调发展。沈阳作为中国东北老工业基地的中心城市,在科技资源存量方面有着自己独特的优势,但其现有的科技资源数量及质量无法满足科技发展的需求,在科技资源配置方面存在着许多问题,严重阻碍了沈阳科技经济的发展。本文在对国内外科技资源配置相关理论研究的基础上,对沈阳市的科技资源现状进行了分析,并且基于数据包络分析(简称DEA)方法构建了区域科技资源优化配置分析评价模型及评价指标体系,对沈阳市2008年的科技资源配置情况进行分析评价,针对其不足之处提出合理的对策建议,提高科技资源配置效率,从而实现沈阳市科技资源的优化配置。关键词:科技资源;优化配置;资源整合;数据包络分析沈阿_|理一I!人学硕士学位论文 Abstract Inmodem times,technological resources are notonly the source ofhuman wealth, butalso are forceofsocio—economic growth topromoting thefundamental driving.
