文档介绍:I 用 HPLC 测定川芎中阿魏酸含量摘要:[ 目的] 为了确定合适的川芎中阿魏酸的提取方法和阿魏酸的 HPLC 检测条件。[ 方法] 将粉碎的川芎药材用不同的溶剂和方法进行提取, 并通过正交试验确定提取川芎中阿魏酸的最佳工艺条件; 建立阿魏酸 HPLC 检测条件,确定流动相;进行方法学考察。[ 结果] 正交试验结果表明, 提取川芎中阿魏酸的最佳工艺的因素水平组合是:用乙醇:水=1:3 的溶剂、回流 、超声 15min ;阿魏酸的 HPLC 检测条件为: 波长 320nm , 流速为 , 温度为室温, 流动相为甲醇: 1% 冰醋酸=33 : 67; 阿魏酸在 ~ 的浓度范围内线性关系良好; 该方法的重复性好、回收率高, 样品的在 8h 内较稳定。[ 结论] 该研究为川芎的应用奠定了基础, 研究阿魏酸的提取和含量测定对于提高人们的健康水平有着重要意义。关键词: 阿魏酸; 提取; 测定 Determination of Ferulic Acid in Chuangxiong by HPLC Abstract : [objective] The research aimed to sure the favourable method to extract ferulic acid in chuanxiong and fix the condition to detect Ferulic acid by HPLC.[method] Extract ferulic acid in the crushed chuanxiong by different kind of solvent and different method,and the optimum technique conditions for extracting ferulic acid in chuanxiong was confirmed by orthogonal test.[result] The result of orthogonal test show that the optimum technique conditions for extracting ferulic acid in chuanxiong is 25% ethanol, Reflux extraction ,ultrasonic extraction of conditions by HPLC is,the detective wavelength is 320 nm,the folw rate is ,the column temperature maintained at room temperature,and the mobile phase isa mixture of methanol-1% acetic acid(33:67).The linearity range of ferulic acid is to ,and the method have good reproducibility and high recovery rate,t
