Exercising is fun, and it also helps to keep us healthy
动词做主语时，动词必须是动名词的形式或者是不定式的格式。
不定式也可以做主语，但是要用it做形式主语，例如：It takes five minutes to get home.

【动名词做表语】和【现在进行时态】形式是一样的
表示主语的情况和状态
由主语发出的，表示“正在做某事”
He is collecting stamps
他正在收集邮票
His hobby is collecting stamps
他的爱好是收集邮票

If I find an interesting one, I take it home and add it to my collection.

If 引导的条件状语从句，表示在某条件下，某事很可能发生，条件是可能存在的
意思是：如果/假如……….
If引导的从句，既可以在在主句前。也可以在主句之后
If he comes, I will tell you
= I will tell you if he comes 如果他来了，我会告诉你。
2. 主从句的时态有下面几种情况：
a. 主句：一般将来时
if从句：一般现在时
b. 主句：祈使句
if从句：一般现在时
c. 主语谓语中含情态动词
if从句：一般现在时
If条件不一般，表示假设记心间
条件句若放在前，逗号要放句中间
主句若为祈使句，从句常用现在时
主句若是表将来，主将从现要牢记
