The effects showed that threshing quality could be effectively evaluated with the method, the disadvantages oftraditional evaluation method onthe basis ofqualified product percentage were e, and continuous quality analysis was achieved when the processing indexes ofthreshing and redrying were not inconsistence. 打叶复烤产品质量(以下简称打叶复烤质量)评价体系既是质量考核的重要内容,也是企业进行质量改进、采取纠正和预防措施的重要依据。能否通过质量评价科学准确地反映出打叶复烤的总体质量状况是质量评价优劣的判定标准。目前我国打叶复烤企业普遍采用的是单项质量指标合格率评价方法,这种简单的数学统计分析仅限于“符合规格的要求”,而不能充分准确地反映出打叶复烤质量的优劣水平,因此只是粗放型的质量评价。质量是通过最大限度地减少对目标值的偏离而得到的最佳值,而不是对规格进一步确认的失败值[1]。产品质量的优劣,不应单纯看其质量特性值是否符合公差要求,还应
