师生关系是教育活动中具有重要意义的因素之一。因为师生关系在教育场域中的普遍平常,人们往往忽略了它的重要性和深层意义。面对全球化的新经济时代,面对世界性的教育大转型,中国的教育将会发生什么变化,将走向何方,自然也是我们每一个有良知的教育者迫切关注的焦点。当“后现代思潮”冲击着世界的各个角落,并将触角伸入到教育领域进入中国本土时,产生了不小的冲击波。旧的观念和体制的改进和打破,往往需要一种新的理论视野。后现代教育观的形成为当前的教育提供了思维的新空间和批评的新话语,并将以它强大的批判力部分的承担起教育革新的重任。正是在这样一种理论支撑和时代背景之下,本文拟在后现代教育视野关照之下对师生关系层面进行深入地个别探访。第一章阐释后现代教育的基本理念,寻求理论支撑,并由教育现状引出对这一问题探讨的必要性和迫切性。第二章进入文章的主体部分,在后现代教育视野下解读师生关系,并从三个维度进行概括:平等的对话关系;开放的互动关系;发展的生成关系。第三章承接主体而来,主要是结合当前的中学语文教学实践探讨建构这种新型师生关系的具体策略和尝试。结语是主体部分的延展,当师生关系从人性化的角度得以最佳发挥时必将对教育改革产生助推力,教育的新境界也必将出现,教育的功利性将得到最大限度的抑制和摒弃,教育的发展价值也将得到充分肯定,最终实现教育的超越存在。本文指出应对后现代意识辩证看待,吸取积极的建设性影响,避免误读后现代教育,转变不适宜或抛弃不合理的负面效应。

Abstract
Teacher-Student relationship is one of the most significant factors in educational practice. However, this relationship is often neglected in terms of its importance and in-depth significance due to its universality. Facing the new era and global education transformation, every conscientious educator has to take this into concern: What changes will take place in Chinese education? What is its target of these changes? Postmodern Ideology, which has been sweeping every part of the world, influencing educational field including China, cast a light on this question. Postmodern Education provides new ideological space and subjects for modern education, and will be a great power in education reform. It is with the support by this theory and background, the writer is going to elaborate several aspects on teacher-student relationship with Postmodern Education the first chapter, the basic conceptions of modern education are explained in order to provide theoretical support for this thesis. The educational situation exposed in this chapter shows the necessity and impendency to discuss this issue. The second chapter is the main part of this thesis.
