摘要
随着信息技术在管理上越来越深如而广泛的应用,管理信息系统的实施在技术上已经逐步成熟。管理信息系统是一个不断发展的新型学科,任何一个单位要生存要发展,要高效率地把内部活动有机地组织起来,就必须建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统。学生学籍管理系统是一个教育单位不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于学校的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要,所以学籍管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理文件档案,这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、保密性差,另外时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对学生学籍进行管理,:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高学生学籍管理的效率,也是企业的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。
本系统主要完成对系部信息、班级信息、任课教师信息、学生信息、课程信息以及有选课记录和成绩等多种数据信息的管理,包括数据库中表的录入、修改、删除等。系统还可以完成对各类信息的查询、录入、修改、删除等功能,其中学籍管理用户包括系统管理员、教师和学生。
本系统采用Microsoft的SQL Server 2008来设计数据库,并使用当前优秀的开发工具: Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,它有着最为灵活的数据库结构,对数据库应用有着良好的支持。论文主要介绍了本系统的开发背景,所要完成的功能和开发的过程,主要说明了系统设计的重点、设计思想。

Abstract
With information technology applied more and more abroad and in-depthly on management,it has grown up step by step that on technology management information system is put in information system is a new subject in long as any corporation lives and anizes activities inside effectly,it needs create itself suitable management information system. The school register management system management system is an education unit essential content said regarding the school policy-maker and the superintendent all very important, therefore the school register management system management system should be able to provide the sufficient information and the quick inquiry method for the user. But the people have since always used the traditional artificial way management document file, this management way has many example:the efficiency low, the secrecy is bad,Moreover the time one is long,will produce the massive documents and the data,this regarding the search, the renewal and the maintenance has all brought many with science and technology unceasing enhancement,puter science is mature day after formidable function
