文档介绍：广西淫d眨发展现状与对策研究广西渔业发展现状与对策研究摘要在国家正式提出“北部湾经济区"的战略下,广西渔业在促进广西经济发展、创造就业机会、增加财政收入、加快产业结构调整等方面日益重要。然而,在广西渔业的成长过程中,却由于初期规模小、经营风险大、管理水平低和信誉度不高等自身原因使其在发展方面难以得到足够的支持,我们要将渔业发展的困难变为广西渔业发展的驱动力。其实,促进渔业经济发展是一个历史与现实、国内与国际、渔业与非渔产业、经济与社会等密切相关的问题。本文以经济学的相关理论为依据,运用历史分析与逻辑分析相结合、理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法,广泛运用经济学、管理学、统计学、渔业经济学等多学科的知识。对广西渔业发展缓慢的原因进行分析,进而广西渔业发展问题进行了探讨和研究。全文共分为五个部分:第一部分是引言部分,指出了本文研究背景目的、意义、内容以及国内外渔业产业发展的状况,结合相关理论概述,从原理上分析了广西渔业发展中存在问题的理论根源。第二部分是结合广西渔业产业发展的现状及存在问题进行了剖析,然后对广西渔业发展的相关因素进行实证分析,得出渔业产业发展需要重视的五个因素。第三部分,国内外渔业发展的经验模式对广西渔业发展的启示。第四部分,提出广西渔业产业发展研究的对策,发挥区位优势和政策引导的作用,加快金融财政支持与基础配套设施,加强渔业资源保护与管理,夯实渔业产业基础,注重渔业产业结构调整和优化,完善渔业市场机制以及市场化运作,与东盟国家进行全面交流与合作等几个方面提出对策。最后,指出广西渔业发展对策的亮点和存在的不足之处。关键词:广西渔业;现状;对策研究广西童蝴匕发展现状与对策研究 AStudy oftheDevelopment Current Situation and Countermeasures ofGuangxi Fisheries Zheng Jie (College ofAgriculture,Guangxi University,Nanning 530004,China) Abstract Under theBeibu Gulf Economic Zone strategy which wasofficially put forward by China,fisheries in Guangxi has played a more and more important rolein improving economic development inGuangxi,creating more jobopportunities, increasing financial revenue elerating , because ofthesmallscale initsinitialstage,the enormous operationalrisk,the low levelofmanagement and the low creditworthiness,it isdifficult for fisheries in Guangxi toobtain sufficient support in should change the difficulties into driving force forthedevelopment ofGuangxi , promoting theeconomic development offisheriesisbound up withtherelationship between historyandreality,home andabroad, fisheries and economy andsociety.
