文档介绍：350· 医技杂志2012年4月第19卷第4期JournalofPracticalMedicalTechniques,ADril2012,,N0 4 奥沙利铂联合替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期原发性肝癌的临床研究山东省临沂市肿瘤医院(276000) 刘淑红【摘要】目的探讨奥沙利铂联合替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期原发性肝癌的疗效及不良反应。方法 42例晚期原发性肝癌患者,第1天接受奥沙利铂130mg/m静脉滴注;第1~l4天替吉奥胶囊80mg·m·d~,分2次口服,3周为 1个周期。治疗2周期后评价疗效和不良反应。结果 42例患者中完全缓解2例,部分缓解6例,有效率19%,稳定 12例,有22例患者(52%)的主要临床症状得以明显改善或消失。不良反应主要为粒细胞减少36%(15/42),血红蛋白减少19%(8/42),血小板减少17%(7/42)和较轻的神经毒性17%(7/42)。结论奥沙利铂联合替吉奥胶囊方案治疗晚期原发性肝癌有效,不良反应可耐受,值得临床进一步研究。【关键词】肝肿瘤;治疗,临床研究性;抗肿瘤联合化疗方案 Clinicalstudyofoxaliplatinwithtegafur,gimeracilandpotassium binedinthetreatmentof advancedprimaryhepatocarcinoma LIUShu一0nLinyiTumorHospitalofShandongProvince,Linyi276000, China【Abstract】objectiveToevaluatetheefficacyandtoxicityofoxaliplatin(L,0}{binedwithtegafur,gimeracil andpotassiumcapsules(S一1capsule)— binationofL—OHP (130mg/m)andS一1 capsule(80mg·m‘·d),(CR),6casesofpartial response(PR),12casesofstabledisease(SD).Therewere22patients(52%)ofwhichthesymptomswasrelieved,the Karnofskyscorewasstabilizedorraisedup,— penia36%(15,42),reduceofhemodobin19%(8/42),thrombocytopenia17%(7/42),andmildneurotoxicity17%(7/42).
