摘 要
随着社会的不断进步,科技的不断开展,为了满足人的需求,在相关领域投入的人力、物力到达了前所未有的高潮,尤其是生物医学方面取得众多骄人的成就。近观诺贝尔医学或生理学奖获得者所做出的奉献,可大体分为两个方面∶生命本质的新发现〔如RNA干扰,端粒及端粒酶,嗅觉的本质,细胞程序性死亡,细胞周期调控,人脑神经细胞间的信号传递〕,与疾病相关的新思路〔如病毒致癌学说确实立,基因打靶,胃病元凶幽门螺旋杆菌的发现,核磁共振成像技术〕,本文就这些成就加以概述。

ABSTRACT
As society progresses, the continuous development of science and technology, in order to meet people's needs, investment in related fields of manpower, material has reached an unprecedented high tide, particularly bio-medicine, access to a number of remarkable achievements. A closer look at Nobel Prize in medicine or physiology prize winner's contribution can be roughly divided into two areas: the nature of life of the new discoveries (such as RNA interference, telomere and telomerase, smell the essence of programmed cell death, cell cycle regulation, human signaling between brain cells), and disease-related new ideas (such as the establishment of the virus theory of cancer, gene targeting, stomach culprit discovery of Helicobacter pylori, magnetic resonance imaging technology), this article on these achievements to be outlined.
