摘要
汪曾祺的小说和中国传统文化的关系问题,在学术界曾经引起了广泛而热烈
的研究。时至今日,这方面的研究已经基本达成一致,即汪曾祺深受中国传统文
化影响,作品中深刻的体现了传统的儒家思想和道家思想。本文的研究立足于汪
曾祺的小说作品,对其小说进行仔细研读,结合大量汪曾祺作品的研究资料进行
分析和研究,试图揭示汪曾祺与中国传统的佛教文化之间的关系,对汪曾祺小说
中所展现的佛教思想、小说艺术形式上体现的禅宗意蕴进行论述。汪曾祺小说与
佛教关系的研究以往并不太多,本文的重要之处在于分析了汪曾祺人生经历对他
接受佛教思想的影响,阐释了汪曾祺小说在艺术上富含的禅宗意蕴。
本文分为绪论、汪曾祺对佛教思想的接受、佛教思想的文学流露、禅意化的
小说艺术等章节。
绪论部分概括了以往有关汪曾祺研究评论的成果,指出本文研究的着眼点在
于分析他对佛教思想的接受和小说艺术上的佛教色彩。
正文的第一部分讨论了汪曾祺佛教思想的接受,揭示了故乡生活对他接受佛
教思想的感染作用;家庭中长辈的佛教信仰对他接受佛教产生的影响;人生经历
促使他形成了与佛教相近的随遇而安的人生哲学。
第二部分从汪曾祺小说内容入手,分析了小说中通过故事情节、人物形象所
流露出的“冤亲平等”、“救苦救难”、“因果报应”等佛教思想和意识;分析了人
物形象的平淡、顺其自然等特征,说明这样的人物特征和人生形式体现了禅宗“明
心见性”的意蕴。
第三部分分析了汪曾祺小说在艺术方面的禅宗意蕴:首先分析了小说平淡和
谐的意境顺应着禅的生活情趣;其次论述了汪曾祺小说在情节和结构上自然无为
的形态契合禅宗随缘任运的思想;最后探讨汪曾祺小说简洁、空白的语言观与禅
宗“不立文字”的语言观之间的关系。

Abstract
The relationship between Wang Zengqi’s novels and Chinese traditional culture
has aroused extensive and enthusiastic study in the academic circles. Today, research
in this area has reached a basic agreement that Wang Zengqi was deeply influenced by
Chinese traditional culture as well as the profound manifestation of the traditional
Confucianism and Taoism. This study is based on Wang Zengqi's works of fiction
with novels to read. In addition, based on a large number of works of Wang Zengqi's
research data analysis and study, the author is trying to reveal Wang Zengqi and
Chinese traditional Buddhist culture and the relationship between with Wang
Zengqi's novels showing the Buddhist thought, art of fiction manifests in the form of
Zen meaning are discussed. Study on the relationship between Wang Zengqi's novels
and Buddhism past is not too much, the key lies in the analysis of Wang Zengqi's life
experience on his acceptance of the effects of Buddhist thought,
