电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水中痕量元素

摘 要:应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定了水样(地下水、地表水、饮用水等)中51项痕量元 素,对分析条件包括测定同位素的选择、仪器的工作痹敦、方法的精密度及检出限的测试等进行了 研究。应用此方法测定了泯合标准中51项元素,所得测定值与标准值相符,相对偏差(除鹄外〉均 小于±10%,回收率在90%〜110%之间。,

ICP-Mass Spectrometric Determination of Trace-Elements in Water

Abstract: Fifty-one trace-elements in water (underground water♦ groundwater> drinking water and etc.) were determined simultaneously by ICP-MS Analytical conditions* including the choice of isotopes for determination* working parameters of the instrument and test for precision and limits of detection etc. , were studied. Valuer of the 51 elements determined by this method checked quite well with the standard valuer» giving relative deviations less than ±10% (besides tungsten). Results of recovery tests were in the range of 90% —110%・
