摘 要：本文详细介绍了郎溪县林权类不动产统一登记工作现状及一些创新做法，分享了取得的经验，并提出下一
步努力方向，旨在为当前林权类不动产统一登记工作提供借鉴，推动不动产统一登记制度向纵深发展。

Practice of Langxi County in Unified Forest-tenure Real Estate Registration

Abstract: In this paper, a detailed introduction was made to the actualities and some innovations in unified forest-tenure real estate
registration in Langxi County so that the valuable experience achieved could be shared. Some work priorities in the future were put
forward with the aim of providing reference for current unified forest -tenure real estate registration practice and promoting the
development of the unified real estate registration system.
