我国建筑业近年来的事故率依然居高不下,建筑安全事故时有发生。要从根本上扭转建筑安全生产管理的被动局面,必须从全新的角度去正视、去研究、去改变严峻的现实。
本文以A(以下简称“公司”)的材料为背景,研究了建筑施工安全生产中存在的问题。首先,概述了安全生产和安全生产管理的相关含义;其次,较为详细的分析了A的施工安全生产现状、存在的问题及原因分析;借鉴国内相关经验,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策,即改善建筑施工安全生产制度、提高全体人员的安全意识、以及对施工事故的处理,以此来改善A目前落后的建筑施工安全生产管理制度,降低建筑施工安全生产事故,以及最大限度的确保建筑施工中人员和财产的安全,实现以人为本的安全管理,提升企业的品牌和形象。

Abstract
Despite a fairly high accident rate of construction industry in our country recently, the construction safety accidents occur frequently. To reverse the passive position of construction safety production management, we must face up to, study, and change the hash reality from a newly perspective.
This paper bases on the material of Jiangsu Zhenyang Constrution Engineering Corporation pany (hereafter refers to as “company”), studying its existing problems in the course of its construction safety production. Firstly, the some implications relating to safe production and safe production management are outlined. Secondly, a detailed analysis of current construction safety production, existing issues, and reasons in pany is shown. On the basis of this analysis and experience acquiring overseas, this paper proposes the corresponding solutions; namely imperfection the construction safety regulations, improving the safety awareness among all the workers, and settling the construction accidents, so that we can change the current under-developed construction safety regulations, reduce the construction safety accidents and make the loss of property at maximum and the safety of people as well as realizing people oriented safety management, improving the image and brand pany.
