我国中小企业ERP系统选型策略研究
中文摘要:如今,我国中小企业在国民经济生产总值中所占的比重越来越大,但中小型企业信息化程度相较大型企业来说还比较低,虽然不少中小企业已经上马ERP系统,但中小企业应用ERP 的成功率低的阴影仍旧一直笼罩,很多企业在做出是否上ERP项目的决策时难以抉择。本文简要叙述了ERP系统的基本概念,明确适合中小企业使用的ERP系统应当具备的特点,并设计了ERP系统选型流程。然后提出中小企业ERP选型的几个重要策略,包括:企业自身需求分析、ERP软件的选择、供应商的选择,最后列举了一家成功实施ERP项目的中型金属加工企业的实例。以期能够从选型开始为中小企业上马ERP项目做好准备。

Abstract:Recently, the small and medium-sized enterprises in national economic GDP in increasing the proportion of the small and medium-sized enterprise Informationization level, pared with large enterprises is still relatively low, although it has many small and medium-sized enterprises horse ERP system, but small and medium-sized enterprise application of low ess rate of ERP shadow, many enterprises has been still shrouded in making the decision whether to go to the ERP project is difficult to choice. This paper briefly describes the basic concept of ERP system is suitable for SMES, clear the ERP system should have used the characteristics of ERP system, and designed the selection process. Then the paper proposes that ERP type selection of several important strategy, including: enterprise itself needs analysis, ERP software choice, the supplier of choice, the final lists a essful implement ERP project medium metal processing enterprise's example.
