二、干部人事档案管理主要做法
（一）领导重视，把干部人事档案管理工作摆上重要位置。省局党组始终把干部人事档案工作作为系统工作的一项内容，列入工作日程，实行目标管理和年度考核，形成了党组宏观指导，干部人事部门具体负责的干部人事档案管理格局。省局党组书记、局长汪建国同志多次就如何做好干部人事档案工作提出要求，反复强调干部人事档案工作的重要性及实行目标管理的必要性。党组成员、政治部主任郑圣良同志经常听取干部人事档案工作情况汇报，对人事档案工作及时指导，积极帮助解决干部人事档案工作中存在的具体问题。省局政治部按照党组要求，有目标、有计划地部署干部人事档案年度工作、拟订远期规划，并认真抓好落实，每逢召开系统干部人事工作会议，不忘讲人事档案工作；下基层检查工作，不忘检查人事档案工作；年度工作安排不忘干部档案工作；年度工作考核不忘干部档案指标。重视档案工作的投入和人员配备，在人手紧张的情况下，政治部专门明确1名干部管理干部档案；在办公条件不宽裕的情况下，专门设置了干部档案库房、阅档室，总面积50多平方米。并加大对干部档案管理的经费投入，配备了档案柜、防盗门、灭火器、温湿度表、除湿机、中央空调以及计算机、打印机、切纸机、打孔机等。
