n         坦洲简介
坦洲镇位于珠江口西岸，地处中山市最南端，毗邻珠海经济特区，邻近香港、澳门，交通便利，基础设施完善。全镇总面积136平方公里，土地资源丰富，人口接近15万。
全镇有耕地4万多亩，山地近3万亩，农产品和海鲜等物产丰富，素有“金斗湾”美誉。近年坦洲经济社会发展迅速，先后获得 “广东省卫生先进镇”、“广东省企业百强镇”、“广东省文明示范镇”、“国家卫生镇”、“中山市工业强镇”、“广东省教育强镇”等荣誉称号。
