《中国技术标准发展战略研究》是经国务院科
教领导小组批准的国家“十五”重大科技专项
This project is designated by the State Council.
It is one of the 12 main scientific and technology
projects listed in the tenth state 5 years plan.

2002年9月29日正式启动,2005年8月完成,2005年11月30日通过了由科技部、国家质检总局和国家标准化管理委员会共同组织的专家验收鉴定。
This project started on September 29, 2002 and
pleted on August 2005
