摘要
汽车零部件性能试验在汽车试验方面占有重要的地位,汽车上的变速器、传动轴、驱动桥等重要部件具有结构复杂、使用条件复杂、可靠性要求高等特点,因此从产品开发到生产装车都需要对其进行大量的试验,而且这些试验的项目和规范都已形成国家标准并要求强制执行,以确定其各种性能参数是否满足设计的要求,为汽车的生产、销售、维修和使用者提供可靠的保障。本课题即是开发一款适合于汽车驱动桥性能试验的装置,设计原理采用闭式功率流的原理,以达到节能、操控方便、适用性强的目的。
文中分析了驱动桥性能闭式试验台的布置结构和工作原理,在确定了设计方案的基础上完成了试验台传动机构的设计,并对设计的结构进行了布置合理性分析和力学刚度、强度的校核,使得此试验台能够完成如磨合试验和齿轮磨损试验,并根据所设计的各部分详细参数,利用软件AUTOCAD绘制了试验台中传动机构的整体装配图和传动机构的各部分零件图。

ABSTRACT
Auto parts performance test in automotive test occupies an important position in the transmission, and cars, transmission shaft, axles and other important parts plex structure, use condition plex and reliability requirements higher characteristic, therefore, from product development to the production of its load all need quite a lot of experiments, and the test project and has formed national standards and regulations and requirements to determine pulsory execution, whether satisfy various performance parameters for car design requirement, the production, sales and maintenance and users provided the reliable safeguard.
