摘要
本文针对三高气田恶臭污染特点及污染现状,综述了国内外恶臭污染治理的现状和技术。研究了纯碳酸钠溶液吸收处理硫化氢的气体的效果。探讨了纯碳酸钠除臭的影响因素,并对吸收氧化机理及动力学过程进行了初步研究。
通过实验,得到了纯碳酸钠吸收液去除硫化氢的以下结论:常温常压下,当碳酸钠浓度20g·L-1,硫化氢进气浓度791mg·m-3,进气量1000ml·min-3时,加装自制的曝气头之后,碳酸钠溶液吸收硫化氢在30min内硫化氢的去除率都在99%以上,去除效果稳定;吸收液的pH维持在9-12之间,当pH>9时,吸收效率可维持在80%以上。进气浓度越大,吸收液硫容量越容易达到饱和,需要的吸收液装载量越大。进气硫化氢浓度在0~5000mg·m-3范围内,硫化氢去除率保持在97%以上,在较大浓度范围内能保持较好的去除效果,适合处理井场硫化氢泄露。

ABSTRACT
The thesis summarized the actuality and the technology of dealing with the odor pollution at home and abroad according to the odor pollution characteristic and present situation in petrochemical enterprises. Absorption of hydrogen sulfide by sodium carbonate solution was studied. The absorption-oxidation influencing factors, the absorption-oxidation mechanism and dynamics process have been discussed in this study.
The foundation experiment results indicated that the experimental condition for sodium carbonate solution was as followed:the through-time for the absorption of hydrogen sulfide by sodium carbonate solution was 30 min,with more than 80% of the efficiency and pH 9~12 when hydrogen sulfide (791mg·m-3) went through sodium carbonate concentration (20g·L-1) at 1L·min-1 under the absorption-oxidation temperature (20℃) and normal air pressure after installing the aeration head . The more the hydrogen sulfide inlet concentration increases, the more easily the sulfur capacity of sodium carbonate solution saturates. The removing efficiency of hydrogen sulfide could maintain above 97% when the density changed from 0 to 5000mg·m-3 in a large range. The absorption solution may be suitable for the treatment of hydrogen sulfide odor disclosure in the three high-field.
