文档介绍:辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计第 。打捆机,就是将钢材捆扎成形的设备,利用盘条、钢带等捆扎材料将螺纹钢、型钢( 如槽钢、角钢、工字钢) 、带钢、线材等捆扎起来,以便于钢材的运输、存储和销售. 按照功能,打捆机一般可分为送丝系统、剪切系统、拧丝系统以及与其配合的辅助元器件组成. 。本论文通过对各个系统的一步步设计,基本完成了小型钢材全自动液压打捆机的设计。设计中涉及各零部件的参数计算、强度校核以及液压缸的选择极端等。本打捆机使用直径为 的钢丝可以完成对棒材、型材等中小型型钢的包装打捆,料捆尺寸φ100- φ400mm 捆径自动打捆包装。它可以与生产线其他设备相互通讯,能自动适应生产节奏的变化。关键词:自动;包装;液压;型钢辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计第 2页 Abstract Automatic packaging machine is finishing production line packaging indispensable core area Equipment.
