【摘要】 目的：探究康复训练用于鼻咽癌放疗吞咽困难患者临床效果。方法：选取笔者科室2018年1-12月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者92例，将其随机分对照组及观察组，各46例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施康复训练，对比两组护理后洼田饮水评分、张口受限评分和护理满意度。结果：观察组洼田饮水评分、张口受限评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<）。%，%，差异有统计学意义（P<）。结论：康复训练用于鼻咽癌放疗患者中可提升患者吞咽功能，降低张口受限情况，提高患者满意度。
