摘要
本文是在LQ-18型锯链切削试验台的基础上,分析总结经验,并结合设计要求对增速部分进行设计。介绍试验台的研究意义以及作用。本文主要设计了一种木材刀具切削试验台增速机构可以更好的评定油锯、电链锯锯链的切削性能,即检测锯链的锋利性、进锯的轻便性、锯链运转的平稳性及锯切效率的高低。根据目前国内外现有的生产锯链品种规格多,适用于不同的油锯、电链锯,且工作时的锯链切削速度高低差异很大,切削功耗相差很大。为能评定锯链切削木材时的切削性能,所设计的试验台,需能模拟锯链的工作状态,反映锯链实际的切削速度和切削效率,因此应具有较宽的切削速度调节范围和进给速度调节范围;同时应具有较大的传递扭矩,可保证大节距高效率的锯链性能测定。

Abstract
This paper was designed a kind of experiment table can be used for simultaneous measurement of the sensor to force three, and it can evaluation fire-fighting better, electricity chain saws chain saws the cutting performance, ., detecting the sharp sex, chain saws into the lighter materials, saw chain operation of the stability and saw cutting efficiency. In order to further improve the measurement accuracy of the sensor is adopted in this paper, a kind of at the same time use the eight anise ring measurement sensor, and the sensor of the direction of the force measurement high sensitivity, cross sensitivity small. First the ontology to carry on the design, determine its eight ear type anise ring structure, next to other parts design to meet the mechanical design requirements, in the final analysis, research patch position to be measured direction sensitivity, nonlinearity influence, and the measured direction across the influence of sensitivity. This design of four scheme, where each earrings on in a strain gauge set bridge, the same level or take the strain on the vertical line set of bridge, take the strain gauge on the diagonal earrings set bridge, all take the strain gauge set bridge. To contact the production practice, considering the change must be loaded points, finally choosing all take all of the strain gauge earrings set bridge.
