本设计在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,反复地进行了方案的可行性研究与比较,并反求了激光器靶室的外观尺寸,最终采用借鉴干涉显微镜三向工作台的设计原理和结构,进行靶室工作台的设计,实现X、Y、Z三向连续可调;采用双齿轮齿条机构,可连续改变活塞与缸体的相对位置,且不对光轴位置产生影响,从而实现缸体内腔长度连续可调;采用GX25T型推力关节轴承,靶室轴线能在竖直平面内偏摆±3°,以满足不同的激光实验要求。
整个设计过程包括了结构设计、功能设计、强度及刚度设计、精度设计、三维造型设计、工艺设计、模拟加工仿真等内容,除了采用常规的设计方法、手段,还采用了中国机械科学研究院开发的机械设计制造通用技术支持系统、三维特征造型软件Proe设计、数控电火花线切割编程软件CAXA线切割XP及Mastercam Wire ,以满足现代机械设计制造及其自动化的需要。
本设计作出了所有的二维、三维零件图,并作出了三维装配图及爆炸图,论文对设计原理、结构、加工工艺、加工模拟仿真等内容作了详细的阐述,并提出了下一步改进的设想。

ABSTRACT
This design carried on the possibility research parison of the project again and again in checking a great deal of cultural heritage data of foundation, and anti- beg the external appearance size of the target chamber, the end adoption drew lessons from the interference microscope first three to work the design principle and structure of the pedestal, carry on the design of the target chamber work pedestal, carry out X,Y,Z three to continuously regulate; Adopt GX25T spherical plain bearing ,the stalk line of target chamber stalk line can be partial to put ±3° in flat surface.
The whole design process included motion (function) design,structure design,strength and rigidity design,accuracy design,3D molding design, technique design, paralleling design and processing simulation addition to adopting the conventional design means, also adopted Chinese machine science institute for research a development of the machine design manufacture the currency technique supporting system,3D characteristic molding software Proe and Wire Electrical-discharge Machining software CAXA XP and the Mastercam Wire with satisfy the modern machine design manufacturing and the demand of its automation.
This design made all of two dimension,3D spare parts diagrams, and make 3D assemble the diagram and the explosion diagram, the thesis elaborates towards designing principle,structure,process a craft and processing to imitate to imitate a true etc. contents to make in detail, and put forward improvin
