文档介绍：摘要随着中国银行业的不断改革,我国的商业银行逐步从原来的国有商业银行占据垄断地位,转变为国有商业银行占主导地位、与股份制商业银行、城市商、Ik银行、外资银行并存,相互竞争的局面。加入WTO后,随着距离入世时对国内银行业的保护期限的不断临近,以及世界经济一体化的不断加深, 国内商业银行会面临西方发达因家的大银行财团的竞争,因此研究我国商业银行的竞争力,确切评价我国商业银行的生产率绩效,分析国内商业银行之 I训的乍产率及其变化,发现差距及其原因,为今后的改革提供决策依据,具有重婴的意义。另一方面,提高我国商业银行的生产率,对于促进社会主义市场经济金融体制改革,保证会融市场安全也有着积极的作用。本文在对我国商业银行背景分析的基础上指出提高商业银行的重要意义和必要性,继而对目前国内外商业银行生产率的研究状况进行综述;继而分析了全要素生产率的概念及其演进,并阐明其经济学理论基础;而后对全要素生产率测度的分析方法进行比较研究,确定所应用的数学模型;继而运用随机i订沿生产函数法对中国商业银行1996"-'-'2003年的生产率变化进行了估算,并对银行生产率变化的相关因素进行了分析。结果表明:随着中国银行体制改革的逐渐推进,中国商业银行生产率变化呈现出提高的趋势。尤其是我国加入WTO后,中国商业银行生产率增长更加迅速。国有银行生产率增长空间比股份制银行生产率增长空间大。从引致银行生产率增长的因素来看, 效率提高和技术进步一起促进了生产率的增长。短期内效率的提高对银行生产率增长影响很大,但毕竟效率提高的空间是有限的。长期来说,技术进步才是银行生产率增长的永久动力。在实证分析的基础上,本文提出了促进商业银行技术进步以提高其生产率的诸多建议。如凭借信息技术,加大科技创新;利用科学技术平台,实现数据集中共享;运用信息化手段,加大产品和服务创新力度等建议。关键词:商业银行全要素生产率技术进步技术效率随机前沿方法 Abstract Wi ththecontinuous reform ofChinese banking,mercial banking has gradually changed intothe phase,in which state~mercial banks occupy bined with theco--petition withjoint--mercial banks,mercial banks and the entrance of WTO,the deadline ofprotection ofdomestic banks approaches,along sidewith theintegration ofglobal economy,and domestic banks willbe confronted with petition with big bank groups from western developed order toprovide policy basis forfuturereform,it isofgreatsigni ficance tostudy petitiveness of mercial banks,correctly evaluate the performance of mercial banks,analyze the productivity and its fluctuation ofdomestic banks,examine thegap between domestic and overseas banks,and explores theotherhand,enhancing theproductivity mercial banks iSfavorable to financing structure reform of socialist market economy,also thus can guarantee thesecurity of thecapital market.
