3、三类外聘市级专家兼职教师〔以下简称三类〕：主要承担理论、实践课程的教学，指导学生课堂与实训教学等工作。
三、外聘专家兼职教师聘任程序
1、每个学期末，各专业组根据本组发展需要，向学校教务处提交外聘专家兼职教师聘任方案，方案包括聘任目的、原则、聘任计划和管理措施。
2、教务处根据各组提交的外聘专家兼职教师聘任方案，结合学校的近期目标和远景规划，初步审核各部门的外聘专家兼职教师聘任方案，并向各组反馈审核意见。
3、各部门根据反馈意见，在与外聘专家兼职教师本人和所在单位友好协商的基础上，达成聘用协议，同时填写《重庆市商务高级技工学校外聘专家兼职教师登记表》和《重庆市商务高级技工学校外聘专家兼职教师花名册》提交学校办公室。
4、学校办公室根据各组上报的外聘专家兼职教师名册和聘任方案，对外聘专家兼职教师进行审查，按照规定程序报批，办理聘任手续。
5、学校按照审批名册，统一向所有受聘教师发放聘书。
四、外聘专家兼职教师待遇
1、学校设立专项资金，用于外聘专家兼职教师的工作费用支出。由办公室按照审核通过后标准发放。
2、一类外聘国家级专家的津贴实行按 元/课时的标准发放；对于个别特殊情况的外聘专家兼职教师，津贴标准由学校研究决定。
