文档介绍：摘要作为城市化的主要动力之一,集聚经济的形成和发展是引导城市经济成长与繁荣的主要来源,也是提升城市化内涵、促使城市化健康发展的关键;城市化的过程又是人口、要素集聚的过程。基于上述相辅相成的关系,以历史的视角,回顾了改革开放以来我国城市化历程的三个历史性阶段,并在此背景下叙述了产业集聚的发展概况,论证了产业集聚对城市化发展的重要性,最后针对产业集聚发展所面临的现实问题,提出了通过促进产业集聚来推动城市化进程的相关对策建议。全文分四章,具体思路如下: 第一章从理论入手,在对产业集聚的若干概念进行界定后,概述了国内外产业集聚发展理论,并对产业集聚和城市化的关联性进行了论述。第二章从历史数据入手,回顾和剖析了城市化历程的三个阶段,阐明了各个阶段城市化的程度和特征,并通过比较国外相关数据,对各阶段的城市化程度做出了基本判断。同时,以城市化进程为历史背景,分析了各阶段产业集聚的发展概况、演进过程、表现形式和形成原因。第三章分析了产业集聚对城市化的影响,包括产业集聚对城市化的经济效应分析、发展道路的影响、区域差异的解释。此外,本章还以昆山为例,对产业集聚带动城市化进程进行了实证研究。最后,根据城市化进程中产业集聚发展面临的一些问题,提出了相关对策建议,希望通过促进产业集聚的发展来推进我国城市化进程。【关键词】产业集聚城市化开发区进程【中文分类号】F08 Abstract As one ofthemajor impetuses ofurbanization,the development ofcongregate economy istheprimary power thatleadsurban economy togrow andprosper,and it isalsothekey toupgrade thequality ofurbanization and tourge theurbanization to develop thesame time,theprocess ofurbanization isalso thatof population and factorsclusten Based on plementury relationship above,the paper reviewed three historicalphases during thecourse ofurbanization inChina sincethereform and opening thisbackground,the paper statedthesurvey of industrialduster development inChina,argued theimportance ofindustrial cluster to urbanizationandfinallyproposed relativesuggestions to solvethem andpromote the course ofurbanization byadvancing theindustrialclusteL There arefourchapters inthepaper.
