Sonow the most important task is to develop low energy consumption, large capacity, long life wearing parts, performance, safety and reliability of the crushing equipment. This article is about a PE600 ×plex pendulum jaw crusher design and calculations. Complex tilting jaw crusher named after jaw plex motion in general plane which driven by the eccentric shaft. Moving trajectory of the point on the jaw is generally closed curve. Because the eccentric shaft load is large, so plex pendulum jaw crusher is generally small or medium size and broken up can be more than 10. In operation, the eccentric shaft is rotated counterclockwise, the material has the back downward and the clamping force. Complex pendulum jaw crusher are made of main frame, eccentric shaft, moving jaw, movable jaw liners, a fixed lining and ponents, including the adjustment devices, security protection devices and sealed dust devices.
