我国舆情行业现状及发展前景
舆情服务业在我国还处于刚起步阶段，与国外发达国家相比存在以下不足。
一是对舆情服务的认识不够到位。虽然我国的舆情服务机构呈现出多元化的发展趋势，但仍存在对舆情服务认识不到位的现象。首先，对舆情服务的认识存在偏差。存在舆情服务等于舆情监控和删帖的现象，没有真正认识到舆情服务的核心价值是对有效数据进行科学筛选、量化统计和分析研判，并就如何应对提出科学的咨询和建议，致使有效数据得不到充分利用。一些地方与部门还把舆情服务看作是与一些主流媒体建立联系，帮助他们监控和处理负面信息的重要渠道，违背了舆情服务的初衷。其次，舆情应对能力有待加强。目前，我国党政机关对舆情信息工作的重要性认识不断加深，正在积极加强舆情信息工作，但是仍然存在不少单位部门对舆情信息工作不重视的现象，应对舆情的能力也有待提高。相较于党政部门，企业对舆情的重视力度及应对能力更显不足。在人民网舆情监测室、证券时报舆情监测室联手推出世界金融危机以来中国境内企业舆情应对能力排行榜上，前9家企业都在
