The sustainable development requires thattheeconomic increase of human being should not atthe cost of thedamage ofthe earth’S current industrial structure ofthe western China just emphasizes the increase ofeconomic,ignores thefactofthe limitation of natural structure was Constructed on thebasis of the infinitedemands tothefinitenatural resources、does not conform tothe sustainable development theory and the practical order torealizethegoal ofthecoordination development between the human being andthe nature and thegoal oftheharmonious development ofwestern China,we must andadjust thetraditionalindustrial structure ofthewestern China,constitute thenew industrialstructure face thesustainable development history ofthehuman being development indicated that,every innovation on thehuman concept of development isfollowing theindustrial structure adjustment inevitably, therefore theresearch ofthisthesisistheindustrial structure adjustment ofthewestern China under thesustainable development background,it's thebiggest difficulty indevelopment ofthewestern China,also isthe inevitably request ofthesustainable development inthenew innovation ofthethesisisalSOtheresearch work which under theangle ofview ofthisnew concept ofdevelopment. This thesistakes the sustainable development as the leading line, based on theresearch results ofindustrial structure theory inmodem economy,and adopts the research technique bines the criterion analysis anddemonstration
