1、召开学校领导班子会。要求班子成员对自己公正廉洁，勤政务实，公开办事制度，依法办园，依法执教，标准办园秩序等方面进行自查自省。
2、召开教职工会。要求我园教职工根据工作岗位对工作作风、服务态度、服务质量、工作效率及体罚或变相体罚幼儿等情况进行自查自纠。
3、建立师德师风投诉制度。向幼儿家长公开幼儿园投诉方式，接受幼儿家长对师德师风的监督，幼儿园对收到投诉要及时进行自查自纠。
4、开展师德师风家长问话调查，对调查中发现的问题幼儿园及时给予了处理、整改。
5、幼儿园将师德师风建设与教师年度考核、晋职晋升、教育教学管理等师资队伍建设的其他内容有机结合起来，有效地促进了师德师风建设的各项措施落到实处。以家长的满意率作为评先、评优的首要依据。
三、自查自纠情况
，我园不存在乱收费、乱订资料、体罚和变相体罚幼儿的现象。

〔1〕缺乏主动的政治理论学习和业务学习。
〔2〕个别教师工作主动意识不强，创新能力不够突出。
〔3〕个别教师节约意识不强，有浪费现象。

四、针对学校教师师德师风存在的上述问题，特提出整改措施：
一、主体方向
1、健全各项制度，逐步建立健全师德师风建设的长效机制。
2、认真学习教育教学理论，积极参加幼儿园和上级教育部门有关的学习活动，把时间用在业务钻研上，勤劳苦钻，精益求益。
3、加强专业知识学习，虚心求教，探索教学理论，
