摘要院通过 RT-PCR 和 RACE 技术从新疆海岛棉品种新海 14 号中克隆得到了一个(
1) 类似基因袁命名 2 基因(GenBank 登录号为 KF739071)遥 2 基因的开放阅读框
(ORF) 为 519bp袁编码 172 个氨基酸袁含有一个磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白(PEBP) 结构域遥 2 基因和
1 基因的核苷酸相似性仅为 %袁二者蛋白的相似性为 %遥系统进化树分析表明 2 编码
产物属于-like 亚家族遥 qRT-PCR 分析表明袁 2 基因在不同的组织中均有表达袁在胚珠和茎中表达
量较高遥半定量 RT-PCR 结果表明袁和 1 基因的表达模式不同袁 2 基因在刚萌发的种子中的表达
量很低曰但随着 ABA 浓度的升高表达量显著提高袁并且 ABA 处理下萌发 24h的种子中的表达量要高于 72h
中的表达量袁表明该基因的表达受 ABA 的调节袁可能在种子萌发过程中起重要作用遥
