主要考察选手对混合饮料、酒品知识的理解和调酒操作的基本技能。
葡萄酒品鉴：从备选的赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）、西拉子（Shiraz）、黑必奴（Pinot Noir）等葡萄生产的5款葡萄酒中随机抽出3种提供给参赛选手，采用盲评方式，通过看、闻、品等，进行品尝鉴别，用文字方式写出每款酒的酿酒葡萄名、主要产地，葡萄及葡萄酒特点、服务要求等。
四、竞赛方式
竞赛采取个人比赛方式，各参赛选手独立完成所有比赛项目。各高校举办选拔赛，选拔优秀选手组成高校代表队参加全省总决赛。每队由在籍高等学校学生3人组成，领队1人，每名选手有指导教师1-2人。
