文档介绍：宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术联合妈富隆治疗子宫内膜增生息肉的临床观察【摘要】目的: 探析宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术( TCRP 术) 联合妈富隆治疗子宫内膜增生息肉的效果。方法:选取 2013 年 10月-2015 年8 月笔者所在医院收治的 50 例子宫内膜增生息肉患者作为研究对象,将患者分为观察组和对照组, 对照组采用宫腔镜切除术治疗, 观察组在对照组基础上采用妈富隆辅助治疗, 对比两组患者治疗效果。结果: 两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义( P> ) ;观察组术后复发率明显低于对照组( P< ) 。结论:采用宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉术治疗子宫内膜增生息肉, 可获得理想的治疗效果, 在手术治疗的基础上采用妈富隆辅助治疗,可有效降低疾病复发率,值得临床推广应用。【关键词】子宫内膜增生息肉; 宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术; 妈富隆; 治疗效果中图分类号文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805 ( 2016 ) 13-0015-02 【 Abstract 】 Objective : To explore the effect of hysteroscopy endometrial polyps bined with Marvelon in treatment of endometrial hyperplasia : 50 patients with endometrial hyperplasia polyps in our hospital from October 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects , they were divided into the observation group and the control group , the control group treated with hysteroscopic resection , the observation group in the control group on the basis of used Marvelon adjuvant therapy , compared the effect of the two : The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups pared , there were no statistically significant differences ( P> ) .The postoperative recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P< ) .Conclusion : The hysteroscopy endometrial polyps resection in treatment of endometrial hyperplasia polyps can obtai
