文档介绍：探究卤米松乳膏并复方白芷酊用于治疗寻常白癜风的效果【摘要】目的: 探究卤米松乳膏并复方白芷酊用于治疗寻常白癜风的效果。方法:选取 2013 年8月-2015 年4 月笔者所在医院收治的 80例寻常白癜风患者, 根据随机数字表法, 将其平均分为两组, 即观察组和对照组,每组 40 例,观察组患者应用卤米松乳膏并复方白芷酊治疗,对照组患者应用卤米松乳膏并甲氧沙林治疗, 对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果: 两组患者经不同药物治疗, 均取得了一定的效果, 且观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,另外观察组的不良反应发生率也明显低于对照组, 两组比较差异均有统计学意义( P< ) 。结论:卤米松乳膏并复方白芷酊用于治疗寻常白癜风的效果确切, 不良反应发生率低, 相对安全, 值得临床上推广实施。【关键词】卤米松乳膏; 复方白芷酊; 寻常白癜风中图分类号 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805 ( 2016 ) 13-0031-02 【 Abstract 】 Objective : To explore the effect of Halometasone Cream pound Angelica Tincture for the treatment of vitiligo : 80 patients with vitiligo vulgaris in our hospital from August 2013 to April 2015 were selected , according to the random number method , they were averaged into two groups , the observation group and the control group , 40 cases in each group , the observation group used Halometasone Cream pound Angelica Tincture , the control group was treated with Halometasone Cream and Methoxy Sarin , the curative effects of the two groups : Two groups of patients treated with different drugs were obtained certain effect , and the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group , also in the observation group , the adverse reaction incidence rate was significantly lower than that of control group , there were statistically significant ( P< ) .Conclusion : Halometasone
