摘要
汽车变速器是汽车的核心部分。主要功能:调节变换发动机的性能,将动力高效地传至驱动车轮,以满足汽车的行驶要求。汽车变速器是完成传动功能的重要部件,影响整车驾驶性能的主要部件之一。通常我们对汽车变速器的设计水平和标准,不仅会影响汽车的动力性,还会影响汽车驾驶换挡操纵的可靠性与轻便性,以及燃料经济性和传动平稳性等。随着汽车产业的发展与进步,汽车变速器的设计标准和水平大大提高,主要是增大其传递功率与重量之比,而且要求其具有更精密的尺寸和更好的整车性能。本次设计以现有企业正在生产的车型夏利N3变速器为基础。在转速、最高车速、发动机输出转矩、最大爬坡度已知的情况下,重点对变速器齿轮的结构参数、轴的结构尺寸等进行设计计算。对汽车变速器的传动方案和结构形式分别进行设计,同时兼顾对操纵机构和同步器的结构进行合理设计,达到提高汽车的整体性能要求。自己独立设计出符合标准的两轴式五档变速器。

ABSTRACT
Automotive transmission is the core part of the car. Main functions: regulation of transformation engine performance, the power effectively transmitted to the drive wheels, in order to meet requirements of the car driving. Auto transmission is an ponent plete transmission function, affecting vehicle drivability of the ponents. We usually designed for automotive transmission with high levels and standards, which will not only affect the car's power, but also affect the reliability of the shifting operation motorists and portability, as well as fuel economy and smooth driving and so on. With the development and progress of the automobile industry, automobile transmission design criteria and standards greatly improved, mainly increase its transmission power to weight ratio, but also for its size with a more sophisticated and better vehicle performance. The design of production models based Xiali N3 transmissions. In speed, maximum speed, the engine output torque known case, focusing on the structural parameters of the transmission gear, shaft structure size, etc. design calculations. Transmission solutions for automotive transmissions and structure were designed, taking into account synchronizer for controls and rational design of the structure, to improve the car's overall performance requirements.
