[Abstract] Objective to clarify the prevention of ZnSO4against the damage of Rifampicin towards liver. Methods create pathological models by injecting ip RFP 50mg/kg and po ZnSO4 solution for 21d. pare it with the group of RFP. Results the hepatic damage in RFP group is more serious than in the RFP+ZnSO4 group. Conclusions ZnSO4 has some effect on the prevention against hepatic damage caused by RFP.

1 Preface
The prevalence of TB is rebounding greatly in the last ten years all over the world. Our country is a developing country, and the prevalence of TB is higher. The reasons lie on the bad logistics in most of the country area and the lack of sanitation knowledge. Nowadays the first choice of drugs for anti tuberculosis used in clinical treatment are RFP. But the above drugs have side effects on liver, which leads to the increased cases of hepatic damage in clinical treatment.
Many advertisements on additional taking microelectronics e out in the market, among which Zinc takes up a rather big proportion. Some studies have demonstrated that Zinc could prevent the liver from damage. Accordingly, taking Zinc together can suppress the hepatic damage caused by RFP.
