First,thepaper elaborated mercial bank creditrisklimits,credit riskinfluence factor,thetheory analysis,riskmanagement historical vicissitude andcarried on parative analysis tothedomestic and mercial tothe paper has carried theoverall analysis on credit riskmanagement idea,anization construction,the pattern andthecreditcondition inNanning Bank munications at present,brought forward Nanning Bank munications credit riskmanagement existence question,meanwhile has analyzed Guangxi region economic environment. Furthermore thepaper proposed toconstruct thenew pattern ofcreditriskmanagement, designed theconstruction anization and thepersonnel disposes inNarming Bank thepaper brought forward thefivecountermeasures toupgrade thecreditculture,strengthen creditflow management,strengthen thecreditinspection management,improve thecreditrecordsmanagement and improving themechanism of performance appraisal tothecustomer manager.
