Focus on the researchofevaluation index inthe construction oftwo-oriented society,we firstly describe theconnotation of two-oriented society anditsimpact factor,which hasenriched thetheoreticalfundamentals oftwo-orientedsociety. Secondly,based on thecurrently factof our country inbuilding thetwo-oriented prehensive study ofallaSpect ofeconomy,technology, resources,environment and society,we take 24indicators tobuild plete set of index system which covers five aspects,that is,economy development,technology advancement,resource saving,environment friendly and society this,referring tothestandards indomesticandaboard, bining themethod oftrendextrapolation,this thesis definesthetarget of eachindicatorinthe index collecting theindexdataof China’S30 provinces andmunicipalities from 2006 to20 0,we first use threshold method toget thedatastandardized,then calculate theevaluationindexweights by entropy method, then use improved TOPSIS model foreach province’S two-oriented society construction toanalysis,and finally China’S30provinces andmunicipalities are Il Abstract rankedin
