文档介绍:I 摘要电牵引采煤机具有机电一体化程度高, 装机功率愈来愈大, 牵引速度成倍提高, 而且牵引部调速系统具有节能、传动效率高等优点。本次设计的采煤机正为适合中厚煤层使用的无链电牵引采煤机,主要设计内容为电牵引采煤机的牵引部结构设计, 牵引速度为 0~7 m/s , 电动机采用横向布置,通过二级直齿与二级行星减速器完成变速。大体内容:首先是不同方案的对比分析与确定,其次是各部结构尺寸的设计计算,最后对齿轮及相应的传动轴进行了强度校核,设计计算结果满足设计要求。关键词: 采煤机;电牵引;牵引部; II Abstract Electric traction machine has a high degree of mechatronics, increasing the installed power, speed, and doubled traction control system of energy saving, high transmission efficiency.
