当然，社区工作是复杂而烦琐的，会遇到许多困难和问题。但是我们亲眼目睹了北环路街道办事处行管人员的敬业精神和才干风采，我们完全有理由相信，在这些年轻的行管干部面前，一切困难和问题都会迎刃而解，社区的各项功能也会逐步完善。随着工作的深入，社区建设的工作会做的更好，更全面，在国家的各项事务当中起到稳定团结、不可或缺的作用。

我家三十年——谈对社区工作重要性和认识
我是一九六四年五月从部队回地方到计量局工作的，一九八五年从五原路搬迁来长乐路1222号的。长期从事群众工作，也经常参加摄取活动。一九九八年底退休，从单位人向社会人转。为了老有所为，充实精神生活，我更加积极投入到社区工作中去，下面让我谈谈二十多年来对社区工作的认识和体会。
居民区工作千头万续，事事都涉及到居民切身利益，关系到安居乐业和改革开放社会稳定。胡***同志说“要把基层打基础工作抓得很牢很好”。江泽民同志说“基础不牢地动山摇”党中央特别重视加强党的执政能力建设
