And the corresponding social supervision, through to the power regulators and game-theory relations by regulators and achieve social welfare analysis of the maximization, decrease social cost. This paper, starting from basic concept of power bidding market on the basis of the analysis are given respectively plete information game, the plete information game model and the solving method, parison, points out that electric power market isa typical oligarchic monopoly market. Finally using the method of game theory of the power transmission and distribution enterprise of government regulation are briefly analyzed.
