Secondly,analyze and conclude theseproblems such as illegalforms,unfair procedures, unsuitable methods,plete contents thatexistintracking down drug records,defends’ confessing and providing explanation,material evidences and otherevidences,investigating andcollecting,all ofwhich arc usually used indrug crime out causes and harmfulness,put forward ways and contents thatshould bestandardized and perfected. Thirdly,analyze and conclude methods,contents an focal points which can beused to examine andjudge evidences such as tracking down drug records,defends’confessing and providing explanation,witnesses,material evidences and drug material evidences which are usually used indrug crime cases,especially analyze examination andjudgment ofwitness and depositions thesanletime,put forward own ideas oftheexamination and judgment ofsubjectivity,“one-to—one”evidences and evidences thatcanprove nature ofdrug crimes and so on.
