Abstract
The phenomenon of black and smelly water appears in lots of cities of China,which affects the level
of economic development of the city to a certain this paper,the coordinated development of urban
black and smelly water body and economy are selected as the evaluation obj evaluation index system
is constructed based on the principles and steps of evaluation method. Then, the evaluation mode-l

coordination degree ( v )is ,the scientific rationality of the above research method is
analyzed with an example and provided a theoretical basis for the coordinated development of economic
construction and urban black and smelly water treatment in the future.
