文档介绍：of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the delimitation of t主持人：各位网友大家下午好，很高兴在这样的下午看到各位，我们每一个人来到这里都可以说是穿越了重重阻碍，在这样一个患了严重的心肌梗塞或者说动脉血管硬化的城市里出行，不是件令人愉快的事情。我们今天请来王军老师给我们讲关于北京城市结构调整的这样一个主题，关于王军老师我想应该不用我多介绍，任何一个关心北京城市、关心自己生活环境的人，多少都应该知道王军老师的两本书，一本是在2003年出版的《城记》，一本是2008年出的《采访本上的城市》。王老师的经历总会让我想起美国的写《美国大城市的死与生》的记者雅各布斯。这是我们做记者的一个楷模，或者说榜样性的人物，在11月8日记者节那天，一群记者在一块做了一次中国记者的职业迷茫与出路的探讨，王老师发言时，他那种通达的气质和表述，能给消解掉很多的迷茫。看了王老师的书，其中有一句话最让我感同身受，他说

从城南计划〔《促进城市南部地区加快发展行动计划》〕说起
王军：谢谢大家在这个大冷天跑到这里来听我讲故事。今天是礼拜六，一个小时前，我跟子云通 ，她说“你什么时候能赶到？”我说“应该能够提前半个小时。”我是从东四环那边过来，提前了一个半小时出门，没有想到路上完全不像双休日的样子，就一直堵，一边堵一边想我今天讲的题目是城市结构的调整。刚刚子云已经说了，这个城市得了心脏病、心肌梗塞。我是在1991年大学毕业，到新华社当记者，主要是写北京的城市建设。我最初写的报道都是在歌颂立交桥，我去年出了一本书是反对立交桥。那时就是一个小毛孩，什么都不懂，整天说北京的立交桥怎么好。也写了一个北京市立交桥的博物馆。北京的立交桥太多了，恐怕北京市是世界上立交桥最多的城市。但是交通怎么样呢？那个时候没有钱修立交桥，我们国家做调查，写报告，怎么样给北京市找钱修立交桥，修大桥建设等等。
