文档介绍：摘要改革开放以来,我国肉牛产业成为畜牧业经济中重要的产业,经历了从起步到快速发展壮大的过程,近年来牛肉价格大幅提升,牛肉产量不断提高,反映出我国牛肉消费市场强劲的需求,内蒙古的畜牧业在全国畜牧业中占重要地位,加快内蒙古肉牛产业的发展,对内蒙古畜牧业经济的发展及内蒙古农牧民收入提高具有重要意义。本文首先对我国肉牛产业发展的重要环节做了现状分析,认为我国肉牛产业整体上发展迅速,肉牛养殖规模不断扩大,屠宰加工企业已获初步发展,牛肉消费快速增长。再对内蒙古肉牛产业关键环节全面研究,通过分析内蒙古肉牛产业发展现状,包括内蒙古发展肉牛产业的优势,肉牛育种情况,主要养殖区域分布等方面,得出内蒙古肉牛业主要集中于东部为肉牛优势区,内蒙古肉牛产业规模不断扩大,肉牛产量不断提高,运用模型分析法对影响内蒙古肉牛产量的因素进行分析,再对内蒙古屠宰加工企业进行分析,然后从内蒙古牛肉消费途径和消费特点分析内蒙古牛肉消费情况,总结出内蒙古肉牛产业所面临的主要问题,如优质种牛缺乏,养殖规模化程度低,屠宰加工企业规模化程度低,企业与农牧民之间利益机制不健全,缺乏肉牛产业发展资金等问题,最后针对存在的问题提出促进内蒙古肉牛产业健康发展的对策。关键字:肉牛产业;肉牛养殖;屠宰加工;牛肉消费The research of beef-cattle industry development in Inner MongoliaAbstractSince the Reforming and Opening, beef-cattle industry e an importantindustry of animal husbandry economy in our country ,it has experienced rapid development process from starting to strengthen,the price of beef-cattle soared in recent years,and the production of beef increasingly adds , it reflects the strong demand to beef in Chinese consumption market , the animal husbandry of Inner Mongolia played an important roles in the national animal husbandry. speeding up the development of beef-cattle industry in Inner Mongolia makes an important significance of animal husbandryeconomy development and the increaseing es of farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia.
