Business license for industrial and commercial units is the certificate for an enterprise to obtain enterprise legal person qualification and legal operation.
The license is made in original and duplicate, with same authenticity.
Original license shall be placed at eye-catching place of the venue of enterprise legal person.
Business license shall not be forged, modified, rented, transferred, or assigned.
When registration issues of enterprise legal person change, the original registration authority shall be approached to apply for amendment of registration.
From January 1 to May 31 each year, registration authority will make
annual inspection to enterprise legal person.
After being suspended, business license shall automatically go void. Enterprise legal person shall engage in no business activities other than liquidation.
