当前临床治疗三踝骨折采取复位内固定术治疗，传统经踝关即改良踝关节后外侧入路结合内侧复位固定治疗具有一定优势，
节外侧联合内侧入路，虽然可将内踝、外踝和后踝骨折复位及固但是否可保证安全性需深入研究 [2]。为此，本次研究对良踝关节
