QuEChERS, which stand for puickly, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe has many advantages as a pre-treatment method for multiresidue pesticide. The article reviews QuEChERS method bined with a variety of testing instruments applications in a variety of different matrix in recent years and establishes the improved QuEChERS pretreatment methods to the detection of multiple pesticide residues in pepper.
The pepper samples using GC-MS equipped with a HP-5 column, GC-ECD with a HP-1 column for the detection. Acetonitrile was used to prepare the standard solution and heptachlor epoxide used as an internal standard. In the concentration range of ~ μg/mL the stansard solutions show good linear relationship. Extraction was performed with 20 mL acetonitrile withultrasound. Primary secondary amine (PSA) and octadecylsilyl (C18) shown purify efficiently. The results show that: method recoveries×10-9~×10-9 g. The date demonstrates that this method was successfully used for analysis of 41 pesticides in Guizhou peppers.

前言
辣椒现已成为一种世界性的仅次于豆类、番茄的第三大蔬菜作物。在中国,辣椒是仅次于大白菜的第二大蔬菜作物。中国的辣椒总产量居世界之首,年产2800多万吨。全省山多林茂,气候温和湿润,各地都适宜栽培辣椒,辣椒种植面积占全国的12%,纳入规划的重点产区有25个县〔市、区〕,特别是虾子镇、绥阳、花溪党武、乌当、独山、大方、织金等地,种植面积在2000万亩左右。品种也很丰富,有朝天椒、皱椒、小山椒、灯笼椒、长条椒等。辣椒总产量中10%用于辣椒制品加工、20%用于农户家庭自身消费外,70%左右的辣椒以初级产品的形式销往全国各地出口。
