强力抗炎解热颗粒对小儿外感高热的退热作用研究

提要目的:观察强力抗炎解热颗粒对小儿外感高热的退热作用。方法:将166例患者随机分为A、B两组。A组86例,为强力抗炎解热颗粒治疗组;B组80例,为西药常规用药组。分别观察两组的退热时间、症状、体征等改善的情况。结果:强力抗炎解热颗粒治疗组(A组)在退热、抗炎等方面明显优于西药常规对照组(B组)P<。结论:强力抗炎解热颗粒具有高效、速效退热作用。

The Study on Reducing Infantile Exopathic Fever with Qiang li Anti-Inflammatory and Antipyretic Granule

Abstract:Objective:to observe the fever-reducing function of qia ngli anti-in flammatory and anti-pyretic granule on infantile exopathic high fever .Method:1 66 c ases were divided into group A,including 86 cases of qiangli anti-inflammatory and antipyretic treatment group,and group B,including 80 cases of western medici ne group at improvement of fever-reducing time ,symptoms and signs were respectively observed in both :Qiangli anti-inflammatary and antipyretic treatment group (group A) was superior to western medicine group (g rioup B)in such conditions as fever-reduction and anti- : Qiangli anti-inflammatory and anti-pyretic granule had the fever-reducing fun ction with high and quick effect.
